Crystal, I think that technically makes you a cannibal. Maybe a vampire.Â
So I played Viva la Vida as a song cloze today. We were discussing the song, and how so often when new leaders come to power with so much promise they end up totally disappointing people. It made me think a lot of Obama, as today is his inauguration day. People have such high hopes for him, and there is no way any one person can live up to so much. The line "never said an honest word" just kept ringing through my ears. I really do hope that he is able to effect some positive change, but I can't help being skeptical with every politician. Guess all we can do is lift our glasses high and hope for the best :)
